I've been on Yaz for 5 months now. Never missed a pill, but after I had sex, I took the pill an hour and a half late that night.
♥ Did you use any barrier methods (condom, diaphram) or spermicide? If you did, did you have any problems with it (i.e. the condoms breaking or coming off? If so, please describe what happened): Condom. However, there was a little pre-cum on his penis and I accidentally tried to put it on backwards. I then flipped it right side up since it hadn't unrolled and put it on normal. I'm afriad there might have been precum on the condom and it got into my vagina. He told me he had not ejaculated at that point.
♥ Did you use the "pull out" or withdrawal method? No.
♥ Where did ejaculation occur (in vagina, in condom, outside body, etc.)? In the condom, but that was much later.
♥ Have you taken Emergency Contraception (which is effective up to 5 days afterward)? No

♥ Is there any other reason to believe you are pregnant? I had the symptoms of a UTI after I had sex (including a high White Blood Cell count in a urine test), but the culture showed up negative. I feel a lot better now, but I'm worried that the high white blood cell count may be an indicator or pregnancy maybe?

♥ Have you already taken a pregnancy test? No, because I haven't even missed my period yet, I just had a feeling

♥ Is there any other reason to believe you are pregnant? Mix of different things. On New Years I awoke and vomited several times. I had drank the night before, but the next day I couldn't keep anything down, not water or crackers, and I've been sluggish and had terrible sore breasts. I've also had some slight discharge. I don't want to get ahead of myself because I know these are also signs of getting my period. I'll just have to wait it out and see, I suppose!!! I'm just going to assume if my period doesnt start in the next couple of days, that it's a YES (seeing as how I'm on BC)

♥ What date(s) did you have sex? Dec 9th, 11th and 31st (condom broke on the 31st, other dates had no problems with the condom)

♥ Have you already taken a pregnancy test? Nope but I was paranoid about getting pregnant after having sex on the 9th and 11th.

Not sure. This is where it gets confusing. My cycles have typically been regular, about 30 days long, but since I've been recovering from anorexia, I've only had a couple periods. The last cycle was only three weeks long, and the one before that was two weeks, and before that I didn't have a period for six months! So they're all wonky and I don't know what my body is doing anymore.

Not until mid-January.

For the past few days I've been having pinching twinges in my lower abdomen, and lower back pain that won't go away. It feels nothing like the cramps I had when I was pregnant with my son, but I have no idea what else it could be. I would really think I was pregnant, except that I just had my period a little over a week ago. How likely is it that I ovulated around the time of my period? My cycles have been pretty confused for awhile, so I don't know. Maybe it's possible. Should I take a test? When?

Yes, used a condom, no issues with it. There is a small chance (I can't remember) we may have both been naked in bed together before the condom was on, but no penetration occured before putting on the condom

Grandfather had heart surgery on the 14th, was stressed before and after the operation. Also have been recently fighting with friends/boyfriend on occasion.

Nipples seem slightly bigger, but I could be imagining it. I have all the usual symptoms (sore breasts, slight cramping, increased appetite, lower back pain) of an oncoming period, it's just not showing up. Also, last time I had a late (12 days) period, it was because of a medication (Accutane), but that was two years ago and I have no idea what could be causing it now.

This summer I went to Planned Parenthood for another year's refill, and the nurse told me that they have a new policy and that because I get migraines with aura they will no longer give me Ortho TriCyclen-Lo, which I have been taking for many years and I loved!. They gave me Ortho Micronor, a P.O.P., instead, and I took it for, I think 2 months and everything was fine. Then I stopped taking it for a couple of months; THEN I started it up again, I think in October. I wrote down that I had my period on October 9th, I don't remember how heavy or light it was. I have been taking Ortho Micronor regularly through Oct., Nov. and Dec.
